How do I place an order with you?

Fill out the “contact us” page with all the pertinent details.

Information should include: finished page size, how many pages, which pages are in color, type of paper, run count (quantity), inserting (if needed), and mailing/delivery/shipping information.

Please contact us to schedule printing time prior to sending job.

What formats do you accept? Do you need it imposed?

We have a PDF workflow. So, the design program is up to you, but we require single page PDFs to run through our programs. Imposition isn’t required.

Do you have templates to help design my project?

We can provide a template upon request.

How do I get my job to you?

After scheduling a job with us; we will send you a link to our customer portal. Here you will have your own secure folder to upload to using the username and password we provide you for access to the folder.

How long will it take to print and ship my order?

All jobs should be scheduled to ensure that there is press time available. Jobs take 1-2 business days to print. Shipping varies with location, but normally takes 1-2 business days. (If it requires stitch and trim work; and additional 4-5 business days.)

Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?

No. We normally print 100 over. Print industry standards allow for shortage of 5%. If you are sending your project through a mailing list, or need a guaranteed number of copies; please order 5% over the quantity you need.

Can you mail my printed materials?

We can label and mail your products using a list of mailing addresses that you supply. Your mailing list can be uploaded to your customer portal. If you only need part of a run mailed and the rest shipped? We can do that, too! If you are interested in using USPS EDDM. Every Door Direct Mail service, we work with that as well.

What are my shipping options?

NSM ships within the continental United States. We ship with UPS, with the United States Postal Services, and with several others. Please provide us with the exact shipping address, run count, and product type you want, and we will let you know your options and price.
